The care, professionalism, thoroughness and friendliness of all the staff cannot be faulted.

Sheila is an amazing optometrist. She gets my prescription spot on every single time. She listens carefully about any concerns and I won’t go anywhere else even though I have to travel across town to see her. She is worth the drive. The office/support staff are also always lovely and very helpful.

I'm a pensioner, so money is tight, but I find the difference between what you get from SSS for free compared to what I get from Stila is well worth the money I pay.

I have always found the practice of Vedelago Optometrists to be exceedingly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dr Sheila Tsang and her Staff are very informative when questions are needing to be clarified. Explanations provided are simply put so as the client is able to be understood.. Excellent X-rays produced by Dr Sheila's up-to-date equipment are extremely helpful, giving a very clear picture which makes what Dr Sheila is discussing so much more understandable. I am very happy with and have highly recommended to friends the service being offered at this practice.

This optometrist practice provides excellent vision care

At a most vulnerable & traumatic stage in my recovery post Head Injury, Lesley Vedelego provided genuine care, professionalism & a degree of expertise and knowledge unsurpassed, and genuinely appreciated. Her experience & knowledge specific to persistent symptoms post Concussion has been a God send. The thorough "investigation & treatment options" were most welcome & a first after seeking effective rehabilitation for nearly 3 yrs. I am so grateful, that a Neuro - Optometrist who is not only passionate but who shares her extensive knowledge ( having been a Uni lecturer in this subject), is so dedicated & was able to offer me hope... the Post Trauma Vision Syndrome diagnosis makes sense & has provided a platform to develop a realistic rehab plan. Lesley's thorough knowledge & expertise in Neuro -Optomotry was a breath of fresh air & a life saver providing tangible and real person centred solutions, most importantly she takes the time to be human. Thank You.

Had a great experience with the crew, who were extremely helpful, very good at what they do, and above all, human. Pricing was way less than expected compared to glasses I bought from another optometrist. Give them a try….they are lovely people and do a great job.

Our 6yo was nervous for his first eye examination, but staff were wonderful, let him take his time, and it was a great experience. Thank you!

Myself and the family have been customers of Leslie and Shelia since 2000. Recently working away I had to use another business in a mall because I broke my glasses. I’ve returned this week to buy some more glasses and are very pleased I have returned. I did not feel that I received a very good service let alone product from the other high profile business. One set of frames I bought from Vedelago’s has lasted I’m thinking around 15 years with just the lenses being updated. This frame has no sign of deterioration unless they are damaged. This is the quality service and product I’ve received from Vedelago’s hence returning.
